Dance/Movement Therapy is a creative psychotherapeutic approach using movement as it's primary tool to support mind/body awareness benefitting physical, emotional social and cognitive growth and well being.
Common interventions include mirroring, use of props, music as a supplement to the movement process, improvisation and structured movement structures to name a few.
In session, movement will progress at your pace, comport level and based on your individual treatment goals.
